Passfeed’s Return & Refund Policy

Passfeed makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you’d like to return an item or request a refund, please contact us and we will try to make the matter right for you.

Place your request for a return or a refund by emailing with the following information: email address attached to your Passfeed account, Passfeed ID, order number, and a brief description of your request within 30 days of the date of delivery. You’ll be given instructions on how to return your order and/or request a refund. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your refund request on our app within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.
