Passfeed makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. We want our customers to be happy with their
purchase. If you’d like to return an item or request a refund, please contact us and we will try to make
the matter right for you.
Place your request for a return or a refund by emailing email@example.com with the following
information: email address attached to your Passfeed account, Passfeed ID, order number, and a brief
description of your request within 30 days of the date of delivery. You’ll be given instructions on how
to return your order and/or request a refund. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your
refund request on our app within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no
obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.
- I changed my mind/No longer want my order - If you wish to cancel an order and it's already
processed and/or already shipped, then place your return request and/or refund request on our app
once your order is delivered or the estimated arrival date has passed.
- This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you
ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you may be eligible for a refund. We
may request some evidence of the issue - usually just a photo or two - and you may be required to
return the item.
- Return and refund requests should be placed from within the app - locate the item in your order
history and tap the "Service" button next to the item and to enter the reason for and submit your
return and/or refund request.
After your order is placed, Passfeed will not consider refund requests unless the latest estimated
arrival date has passed or the item has arrived and it is incorrect or damaged.
- Return of Funds - after Passfeed approves a cancellation or refund and (in some cases) requires the
return of the item, Passfeed will return or credit the amount ofthe purchase and the standard
shipping fees. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees. Any fees for special or
expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) the customer may be responsible for
return shipping fees.Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your refundto process
back to your original form of payment. If you used Paylater for your purchase, the refund will be
applied to your Paylater account, not be issued to your original payment method. Passfeed reserves
the right to:
- Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of
- Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or
This Policy may be updated from time to time.
